Over an hour of unreleased 60's sessions for a short-lived reissue series that Blue Note attempted in the 70's. It's a shame that these are buried in such a manner, (although half of these were eventually released as the faux-album Pax in 2006), because these definitely hold up to his more well-known releases. All 11 tracks are written by Hill, so you should know what to expect; attention-requiring and challenging head-first avant-garde/post-bop jazz that will continue to grow and grow upon each listening. If you are a fan of the great composer then you will not be disappointed.
This is the first '75 pressing, 2LPs that are grouped side 1/4 and 2/3. Gatefold cover is VG, a little cut-out on top right, ring wear on front and back, and general corner and seam wear that you would expect for 45yo album. Vinyl is in excellent condition VG++, if not NM.
